Surfing around today and I found a Tastespotting link to a food blog titled The Dog's Breakfast where they had this beautiful entry for Jade Buddah Salmon Tartare with some of the best food photography I've seen in a while. Really, beautiful. The idea of the recipe strikes me as being amazing, and if I had access to 1/2 the ingredients on the list (Bentonville, AR isn't a regular stop on the spice caravan trade route, ya know!) I would take a run at this one. Very nice contribution from The Dog's Breakfast.
