I found this link here for Hasselback potatos and they simply look awesome over at SeaSaltWithFood blog. Really nice looking blog, I love the writing, but I really love the presentation on these potatos.
Amazing, it's like a cross between a Blooming Onion and a stack of potato chips all glued together along one side. These are getting made this weekend!!
