Well, we always like to point our readers to other blogs that we like and admire and this week's entry is for JoePastry.com, a website dedicated to... ummm let me guess... PASTRY!
Joe has a very thorough blogsite that talks about cooking, baking in particular, and pastry almost to exclusion. I love his recipes for pastry dough and will be working those up this week. It just so happens that I've been dreaming of working up some tarts or other pastries the past two weeks and then today I Stumble onto Joe's site. Well done, old chap. Well done.
