Found a really sweet post on a blog called CakeJournal about how you get cookies with those super-smooth iced looks to them.
Really neat post on icing floods. I borrowed the image from the blog, so please dear Nommy readers, help keep me out of trouble by going over there and learning all about this neat little technique!
